- (1) If the person taking the life insurance policy dies before the expiry of the life insurance policy, the beneficiary will receive the benefit according to the policy policy. If he has not willed anyone or if the person who wished has died before the death of the person who wished, then the rightful person will get that amount according to the prevailing law on inheritance. In order to wish the person, the concerned insurer should be sent in writing. The insurer shall also place the desired person according to the request of the policyholder and give written notice thereof to the policyholder.
